Cbajei Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Cbajei (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "cbajei") is an online Sports Betting and casino service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between cbajei and all users of the Platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any of cbajei's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using cbajei.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity resulting from sharing your password or allowing a third party to access your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact cbajei Support immediately.
• Cbajei may request identity documents or other verification materials as required by law.
• Registering with false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure.

To use cbajei, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cbajei strictly prohibits underage betting.
• Legal Permission: Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• Mental Capacity: You must be in a sound and stable mental state when placing bets.
• Own funds: Only bet with your own money. Betting on behalf of others or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on cbajei:

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless cbajei applies a specific bet cancellation policy to that bet.
2. Maximum bet limits may apply to individual events. Bets exceeding those limits may not be accepted.
3. Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
4. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, cbajei reserves the right to void the affected bets.
5. Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match ("Syndicate Betting") is strictly prohibited.
6. Due to internet latency in live betting, some bets may not be accepted.

Betting outcomes on cbajei are determined by the official results of the relevant sports governing body. If a result is disputed, payouts may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

Cbajei supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following payment terms apply:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals for standard members may take between 1–24 hours to process. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Identity Verification: cbajei reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held if the required documents are not provided.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Chargeback: Fraudulent chargeback claims will result in account suspension and may lead to legal action.

Cbajei regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the following terms before taking advantage of these offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• A promo code may be required to claim a bonus offer. Bonuses will not be awarded if the promo code is not entered at the time of registration or deposit.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.

• Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Participating in match-fixing or any other form of corrupt sporting activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Cbajei reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Cbajei is provided on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet connectivity issues or server downtime.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment service.
• If the platform does not function properly due to an issue with your device or connection.
• For financial losses from betting — betting carries risk, and you accept that risk yourself.

In any circumstance, cbajei's maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount deposited in your last 1 month.

Cbajei may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Cbajei will notify users via email or on-platform notice before any significant changes take effect.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
